ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING
Overview:
Electronics and Communication Engineering is established in 1984. All staff members in ECE department are well qualified with post graduate qualification specialized in the area of VLSI Design, Communication Systems and Applied electronics. This department has dedicated staff members who are putting maximum effort to make the students to achieve good results. Every 15 students are provided with one proctor, e as a care taker.

The department library has more volume of books covering all disciplines of engineering and technologies, science and humanities and management. These collections include printed books, reports, standards, question banks and back volumes of journals.

  • Students of ECE department have shown excellence in studies and other extracurricular activities like National conferences, Inter college sports, NSS activities.
  • Students have demonstrated Automatic fire detection and quenching system using robotic techniques.
  • Automatic remote control of industrial machinery using cell phone has been demonstrated.
  • They have participated in  state level exhibitions in other states and won the prizes. 
Curriculum Importance:
Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the fastest growing engineering branches. The curriculum and syllabus contains many important subjects like Digital image processing, Robotics, Neural Networks, ASIC Design, High performance communication networks, Low power VLSI Design, Advanced Digital Signal Processing. Advanced digital system design, advanced microprocessors and microcontroller, Computer architecture & parallel processing. Digital control Engineering, Embedded Systems, Analysis and design of analog integrated circuits, Microwave Engineering, optical communication & mobile communication.
