Overview:
The Department of Management Studies is the prestigious one among the Rajas Institutions(estd 1995). It is always having an enthralling experience to this department over a period of time on every form of semester in the form of individual achievements. Students and staff are developing a lot of exposure day by day to achieve their internal growth of success. With the support of management in the infrastructure on every aspects the department is getting chance to learn new experience for implementing it for toward students skill. As we have already tied up with “The Hindu” since last one year where they organized up lot of the “Business Line”. National conferences, Tradeshows really boost up the management department showing how skilfully making it over success. Class committee meeting, Students counselling, faculty meeting are other programmes which the management is keenly watching the focus on maintaining the consistency of systems.

“Our management department is committed to an integral part of growth process where we are formulating the industry academia alliance to explore the student’s skills. We are endeavouring to bring a change in the system of teaching methodology with the integration of student’s personality traits which makes them complete employability and prepare them to become productive for their carrier in the organizational sector”.
Department Library:
We have an exclusive advanced modern departmental library for the management related programmes. The library is also supported by lot of journals and students project report to upgrade our skills.
Distinct Infrastructure:
- All the classrooms are well furnished along with OHP projector.
- We are also having one exclusive conference room with LCD projector to avail the guest lecture, seminars and other events.
- Wi-Fi access point is available to every student which is one of the important factors to upgrade their skills.
- Computer labs are also available to cop up with the university syllabus like Tally, ERP and SCM module.

- It’s one of the vital areas we are evaluating to bring up the performance management system with more clarity on every semester basis.
- All the staffs are keeping the average of 60% on their respective subjects during the university exam and moreover most of the staff had been presented various journals (International & National) at various places.
Students:
- Most of the students had achieved lot of awards on paper presentation, Business Quiz, Business plan etc., during the events conducted in various colleges and taking every advantage of good educational system.
Curriculum Importance:
On theoretical point of view certain concrete measures we are taking like CCE (Comprehensive Continuous Evaluation) for every unit . Teaching importance is given on PPT from all the concerned staff with lot of facts. Proctors are giving importance by providing various assignments to students for each and every curriculum activities, one important aspect we are concentrating very seriously case reading and methodology. On practical factors we cover lot of management events, guest lecture, conferences, industrial visit and small sort of in-house projects etc., to make the students more exposable in the field of self development.
